We would like to invite you to the 13th Annual Silver Lake Private Equity Case Competition, hosted by the Wharton Undergraduate Private Equity and Venture Capital Club at the University of Pennsylvania! The Silver Lake Private Equity Case Competition (SLPECC) offers a unique platform for students to explore private equity opportunities by selecting a target company and conducting a buyout analysis. The competition is open to all university undergraduate students (teams of 2 to 4) with an interest in private equity transactions, and teams can cross-register with undergraduates from any school.
Silver Lake is a global technology investment firm, with more than $92 billion in combined assets under management including uncalled committed capital as of September 30, 2022, and a team of professionals based in North America, Europe and Asia. Silver Lake Partners, the large-cap technology and tech-enabled private equity arm, is currently investing from its sixth fund of $20 billion in committed capital.
